1- Adding Questions
1.1 Click on ‘Event Customization’ and then on ‘Custom Questions’


1.1 Basic Information
By default, for all events, regardless of whether tickets are free or paid, we collect the ticket buyer’s email address.

1.2 Additional Information
For each event, you can collect extra details from guests by adding custom questions. Available question types include:
- Phone Number — Collect a guest’s phone number.
- Short Text — Allow guests to provide a brief written response (example below)
- Single Choice — Let guests choose one option from a list. (example below)
- Multiple Choices — Let guests select more than one option.
