Even if you already have an existing Stripe account, you will be asked to create a new Stripe Express account when setting up your Event on Tessera.
To protect both you and Tessera in case of event cancellations or refund requests, we use a separate Stripe environment.

If the event location country is different from the country of your connected Stripe account, an additional 2% FX fee will be applied.
