1.1. After purchase, ticket holders receive their tickets by email

To request a refund, they must do so from their profile on Tessera, not from the email

1.2. Users can choose how many tickets they want refunded in a single request

1.3. After submission, the status will display Pending, until the organiser approves or rejects the request

1.4. Ticket holders can cancel their refund request anytime before it is processed
