1- Scheduling Requests [End-User]
The following guidelines assume that the recurring event is already live and transactions have been made by end-users.
1.1. After purchase, end-users will receive their tickets via email. To request a date or session change, they must do so from their profile.
Click the ‘Reschedule’ button to request a date change. As the organizer, you can accept or decline the request

1.2. Users can select the tickets they wish to reschedule.

1.3. Select the number of tickets and the new date to reschedule.

1.4. Select the available session.

1.5. At any time, users can choose to cancel their rescheduling request.

2.1. You will receive an email notification for each refund request.
